Chest bandages exist for that EXACT reason: to restrain one's bust in athletic situations.

At least with the bandages, one could still use their imagination with Akali's bust size.

Lol ok if u want to sexualize an anime character that is hated by most people(I personally love using her for my win of the day, its guaranteed). I still think boobs aflappin would be a problem, but then again, imagine how uncomfy Kat is in a metal bra....

It's not like we WANT to sexualize her, it's that she was already sexualized and her side boobage became a part of her character, slowly. No other champion has that, lol.

And Katarina doesn't wear a metal bra. I don't think so, and why would she? She wears full leather for maximum efficiency.

Akali being sexualized or boobalicious isnt part of her character. Ahri, MF or Eve - yeah, go maximum ecchi cause it fits them. Monster tits dont make sense on every body, more so on agile assassins.

I didn't say she was intentionally sexualized or that the side boobs were intentionally made a part of her character like MF or Eve. It's the same as how we consider Teemo as Satan, Nasus as Farmer Joe, Tryndamere as the unkillable cheesy fuckhead etc.

It became a part of her character after it had been added and the fact that it's been taken away is what bothers people. People wouldn't have minded if she was released without the side boob in the first place, but the fact is she was and she's the only one to have it and it's been removed.

Atleast chest bandages could've left something to the imagination.

Soraka had side boob, it wasnt a defining characteristic of her. No one cried when her VU didnt have side boob.

I am wholly against the idea of chest wraps for Akali. Its an anime trope and if Riot adopted it, that would mean that visually, Riot would be heading in a wrong direction, imo.

People didn't complain about Soraka's VU in terms of side boobage because that was replaced by a much better looking face, body and personality. Akali wasn't refunded like that.

And what the hell? Chest wraps aren't an anime trope. Wtf are you on about. Chest wraps are used by athletes all over the world to prevent their chests from getting in the way. Just because some anime have characters who use them doesn't mean its an anime trope.

Ok, in my experience, the only times ive seen chest wraps on women (without clothes over the wraps) is in anime - And it happens a lot.

I have never seen a sport where the women or a women wears wraps and especially just wraps as they do in anime.

So please tell me what female athletes wear just wraps for the tops, as they do in anime.

Oh lord, we weren't talking about replacing her ninja garb with just a chest wrap. We were talking about covering the side boobage with a chest wrap that's underneath her conventional clothing. In the anime, it's normally some sort of rebel chick acting cool and this is seen out of anime too. I do recall some live action shows with those.

No one wears just wraps because not only is that revealing but it is also very uncomfortable and you're more likely to get hurt.
