Irelia gave me the feels

Despite how savage she can straight up get in her dialogue, am I the only one who can sense the pain in her voice?

Maybe I watch too much anime, but I can't help but to start feeling when you start realizing that what she's doing is less from her rage and more from the rage of everyone else. We can prod, poke, and theorize how young of an age Irelia could have been when the fighting first started. How long this war has lasted and how old she could be now. But as of right now, she sounds as if she's someone that lost her innocence. She doesn't have some great wisdom like Karma, or a natural gift of tactics and intellect like Swain. She was an average girl who somehow found it in herself to fight and tap into the well of mana within the earth just too little too late to save her loved ones.

At the end of what very well have been her worst nightmare or most traumatizing experience, she had an entire convoy of people look up to her. Their hands are reaching out. Their eyes are half glazed in awe and reverence. Their shaky voices are now cracking and crying out, "Save us." She didn't volunteer to become leader. She was "voluntold." Now she carries the burden of keeping the hope of the people who frantically put so much unwavering faith in her. Is she really cut out for this role? She probably isn't too sure herself, but she'll be damned if she doesn't at least try.

Me too. She has some pretty powerful quotes.
