Will there ever be a true morally just Noxian champion?

I've always been quite the Noxian fanboy, but it's such a shame how they've been typecast as the bad guys and the people who die in other people's lores to show how menacing they are for so long. What with all the progress in the lores for factions lately, I was wondering what direction Noxus would take when it eventually gets the spotlight. Will it be shifted into a more grey faction instead of the stark black one it is now, fighting and being aggressive because it's the only way they can survive in a world that hates them? How do you think it should be developed? (I've always imagined the invasion of Ionia being one of desperation, with Noxus being in economic decline and low on resources and needing to resort to extreme methods to save themselves because no one in Valoran supports them)

And not only that, will we get any proper morally just and honourable Noxian champions in the future? The closest thing we have to that is Riven, and she's an exile and not part of the country for crying out loud! What if there was someone like General Leo from Final Fantasy 6? Ionia's just gotten a crazed psycho murderer, why not build on that with the complete opposite - a proud and stalwart Noxian officer who inspires his men to do great deeds and fights for the people of Noxus? Maybe he can be a support to go with him eh? nudge nudge

Noxus isn't "Evil", it's just hardcore meritocracy.

Since you (probably) come from a leftist background, you think meritocracy is evil... that's not the case. Objective morality is nonsense. Pragmatism is ftw.

The problem is Noxus itself is morally unjust and most morally just characters would most likely abandon unless bound by love for their country

Riven. She's like the ideals of noxian disciplines in their most pure form but noxian political structure is very corrupt "strength above all" is more of a propaganda term to influence it's civilians to fight for glory in their nation, extreme nationalism, and its often expressed in imperialism and needless war, what's worse is they don't always adhere to the cree, as swain didn't grasp power from the former supreme general through physical prowess, and most notably singed ' s interactions in a noxian/ionian conflict that noxus was gonna lose, it was an underhanded method of grasping victory, and against the cree.

Riven is "strength above all" in its purest form, and she defects from noxus when she realizes that the people in charge aren't true to the noxian way, so you could say riven is a noxian who isn't a villain, but noxus aa a whole Is a very corrupt, very nationalistic place, it's not surprising they do bad things

It is already getting shifted into a more grey direction. I mean some champions got their "and so noxus destroyed their life"-background changed in a way that doesn't include noxus(Tryndameres people were instead killed by aatrox and Poppys father wasn't killed by them)

And while most noxian champs would fall into the "evil"-category,I'd say that katarina and maybe Talon fall more into a morally grey area(yes katarina enjoys killing, but she does not kill for fun),Darius is also rather similar to Riven in that he wants to reform Noxus, with the main difference being that Darius accepts and even supports Swains rule and Katarinas dad always made a rather honorable impression even if he never appeared on-screen.

A completely nice character is rather unlikely as they would clash with some of the noxian methods, but I'd say that it is not impossible,it could be a general(Or leader of some group) who does care about the well being of his men,but does not defy the will of his nation,or a citizen who is not part of the military being good.
