Pretty sure theyre talking about the splashart and not the actual ingame design.

The best part is of the champs the OP uses in their argument Illusionist whose entire appearance is probably a spell. If she can look however she wants why wouldn't she want to look attractive? One of the most (deliberately and justifiably) sexualized champions in the game, she's supposed to be sexy. I'm not sure what she is in her new lore, but aren't both of them still essentially divine? Angels are supposed to have unearthly beauty.

You realize this is not how the champions look in their splash art, correct?

When I started maiming Taliyah, I saw her brows and nose and thought, “Oh, man, I’m going to have to put up with that?”. Yet they have grown on me, and I love them now. ^_^

Funny, i always found Taliyah to be one of the prettiest females in league, up with old akali and Caitlyn. I wanted to say Vi but she’s more attractive than just plain pretty.

For example, you compliment that " face is different from other women, it is attractive!", But as fact the skin she got from Riot since she was released is 0. I am sorry for this situation because I like her very much. So I will continue to insist that “Do not need womans who are not pretty and not sexy for League of Legends.” I do not want one of my favorite character to draw the short end of the stick for self-satisfaction of hypocrites.

In times of excess, slimmer figures are preferred. In times of famine, plumper figures are preferred.

Americans tend to love full lips, though thin lips are quite fine. Chinese prefer thin lips, fuller lipped people may have their lips compared to pig intestines.

Different ethnicities have different trends in various (facial) features. Some people theorize a mix of 'local' and 'exotic' features tends to be the most attractive.

If you discuss attractiveness w/ people much different than you you'll discover that what are your 8's can be another's 4.

Yeah I feel like a lot of female champs have basically a different face in every skin.

Most likely because a lot of artists simply care more about making the champ look beautiful instead of making them look like themselves.

Or because the diffences in these faces is simply not noticed by the artist.

I really feel like Riot should make a collection of champion faces without hair/headgear and make some qualitychecks that these faces are consistent across skins(of course not counting the faceless/inhuman skins).

Its funny because they used a baseline which is supposed to be traditional attractiveness, but as someone who notably does not find round faces with soft pointed chins ideal, I dont even see them as all too attractive. I like longer faces like Camille, and fiora (Though other aspects of her ruin any kind of attraction I would find in her.).

But I do think this is a tad exaggerated, there are some characters you didnt show which have some more facial diversity, and I think some work they have shown in concepts, newer champs (Reworked Irelia, Camille, Taliyah) and cinematics, shows they are improving.

The OP has shown Ashe and Leblanc, and honestly, these are the oldest champs that haven't been reworked. So, when they needed a new splash art, the artist didn't have anything to work with as for the facial features or take freedom with their clothing (people are known for throwing a tantrum "Make character A look like their splash art or fuck you Rito!!!"), so they focused on their abilities (Leblanc casting illusion and sneaking away on her art, Ashe shooting her bow with Freljord on the background) which was a smart decision.

Also the OP has selected faces drawn from the same angle which already makes them look similar and does not give a clear view of their features, which is not really trustworthy. However, even despite these angles, I can say that Leblanc and Ahri have different eyeshape and cheekbone structure.

I also don't know why the OP decided to use Xayah fanart, when she canonically has a round face and plump cheeks:
