7/25 PBE Update

''A sane man would run . . . but I ain't the runnin' kind!''

A warrior as fearless as he is ornery, Kled is a popular folk hero in Noxus. Embodying the furious bravado of his nation, he is an icon beloved by the empire's soldiers, distrusted by its officers, and loathed by the nobility. Tall tales such as ''The Great Hussar,'' ''The High General Marshal Sergeant,'' and ''The Mountain Admiral'' trace back to the founding of the empire. Many soldiers claim Kled has fought in every campaign the legions have waged, has ''acquired'' every military title, and has never once backed down from a fight. Though the veracity of the details is often questionable, one part of his legend is undeniable: Charging into battle on his un-trusty steed, Skaarl, Kled fights to protect what's his . . . and to take whatever he can get.

So there's your insight in to Kled for the time being.

I have the impression that Yordles have shorter lives that humans, because they look like gerbils, so how old could the Noxian empire be if a Yordle is older than it?

Or yordles are really old which is likely the case since Poppy was around at the beginning of Demacia and there have been 3 kings at least since then (Jarvan I-Jarvan III).

They are actually "inmortals", in the QaA of Jhin it was said that Kennen is older than Shen, Akali Zed, Jhin and even the father of Shen. Poppy has been arround before the times where the Demacians empire started. Illaoi and Ryze also mention this.

Ah fair enough, I didn't read up on how they explain Yordles in the new lore.

Though that now makes Bandle City like Rivendell in my head, if Yordles are essentially fuzzy elves.

I remember reading in the old lore that Yordles were humans that went down a different evolutinary path because of thier overuse of magic and being in tune with nature or something. Basically Yordles are like 50% magic 50% crazy/happy thoughts and it essentially makes them immortal (unless this has been Retconned)

Those were lies of the Noxians...

We Noxians don't lie.

Except for the Black Rose, but they are dirty cowards!

Instead of 'immortal' think more along the lines of timeless.

Wow... that is really interesting.

But i guess that due that change in the lore, the part of Lulu's lore of the "time in the glade" is not canon anymore?

Akin to Tahm Kench, I guess ?

So does this mean time affect them differently or something?

I've always hated the word ornery. I always misread it and makes things confusingly interesting. Maybe Im the problem.
