@Riot, is Swain currently eligible for skin?

I have seen several conflicting answers to this. On the one hand, some responses have been that he is high on the list of VGUs and that he will not receive a skin until this is taken care of soon. However, I have also heard that his VGU is still far behind others and likely won't see daylight until 2018 at the soonest. If the former is true, can we expect a Swain VGU sometime in 2017? If it's the latter, is Swain still on the roster for a new skin, as his VGU is so far-off in the future? Please, if I could receive an answer from a Rioter on this, that would be enough. I know you guys can't always be clear on this stuff as it's still being worked out internally. I'm just a bit anxious after so long with neither a new skin for my favourite champion, or a solid comment on when we can expect a VGU. Thank you.

Unfortunately, It looks like we wouldn't hear anything significant for Swain til December.

What we know so far from Meddler and Reav3 is that Swain is pretty on VGU list but there still no guarantee he would get his long await full rework next year.

As a dedicated Swain main I feel you and I hope Rioters who is in charge of this issue would respond to us with updates soon.

He is on the list for a vgu which pretty much means that he likely wont get any skins until then

I mean there are exceptions where champs got new skins even though they are on the list(safecracker eve,sashimi akali and baker pantheon),but looking at champs like yorick who went 4 years without a skin makes it really unlikely for him to get anything
