The Piltover Map's rendition of Bilgewater doesn't match Bilgewater from the Harrowing map.

Is the map from the Harrrowing just not cannon anymore? The coast and islands of Bilgewater visible on the Piltover Map don't match the Harrowing map at all.

Thats because its a stylised map closely inspired by real world maps from past eras, where they werent completely accurate down to the smallest land shapes.

In the end the arrow that points to piltover is just slightly off, which could easily be explained by the incarruracy of the one who made the map. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/special-event/first-light-after-harrowing http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/featured/piltover/medarda-heirloom

The Bilgewater Harrowing map doesn't stretch far enough to show anything other than Bilgewater and the Piltover map doesn't stretch far enough to show all of Bilgewater. Not to mention the Bilgewater map was dedicated to tracking the Harrowing so it's only focus is Bilgewater and Harrowing related entities so adding other things to it would be unnecessary. Plus, this is way back in the day. Remember that they don't have planes and all kinds of bird eye view technology to create maps. These guys are making maps entirely on foot. I would trust the Piltover map more since they at best have zeppelins or something like that.
