Like can someone explain what they mean by their glamour is difficult for humans to describe.

Glamour is a magic yordle use to make them look human. It effectively humanizes them, but it's not a permanent or infallable magic, since it can be seen through if you're someone who's innately magical or have a similar mindset to the yordle. They use it to be a part of human society without humans knowing they're there, probably cuz humans would freak out at the sight of them.
Yordles themselves are a species of diminutive, furry humanoids that come from Bandle City. They have innate magic powers and are considered "timeless" rather than ageless or immortal, since apparently time flows differently in Bandle City. Beyond that we don't know much beyond what champions are considered yordles, which include:
