god level entities in the League of Legends universe
I'm here to discuss with you guys the entities in League of Legends that could be considered to be on the level of gods. I'm not here to talk about strong fighters like Jax, apex predators like Rek'Sai, or even beyond-human beings like demons or frozen watchers. No, I'm here to discuss the most powerful beings in the lore (not limited to champions), the ones that can truly be called godlike.
Here's the tl;dr of what I think deserves to be discussed here, and a summary of why (in no particular order).
Aurelion Sol - Cosmic being that has been around since the creation of the universe.
The Targon Empire - A civilization that spans the stars. Was able to enslave Sol.
The Kindred - Death itself.
Bard - An inter-dimensional being that protects the very fabric or reality.
The Void - A primal entity that seems to be able to consume entire dimensions.

If you think I missed anyone, tell me in the comments now.
Now it's time for the real deal. I'm about to go in-depth into each of these entities.

Aurelion Sol
"The being now known as Aurelion Sol was already ancient by the time stellar debris first coalesced into worlds. Born in the first breath of creation, he roamed the vast nothingness." Honestly, that's all you need right there. He's an ancient being with the ability to create stars, the basis of all creation. Sol is pretty straight forward, so I'm mostly going to talk about reasons he wouldn't be considered a god. For one, he's mono-dimensional. Sol is aware of other dimensions, but he has no power to traverse them. Second, it's confirmed that cosmic entities can die. Sol, while ancient and with no end in sight, is still mortal. Third, he's far far far below the power of Nagakabouros.
WAAARGHbobo has said this:
"Aol Sol is, at best, a demi-god-- he serves only one reality and exists on only one realm.
He mocks humans because they are as small to him as mites to us.
BUT comparing him to Nagakabouros is like comparing a dung beetle to the theory of relativity.
He's just pointing out he has a better view in the rug."
Nevertheless, I do think Sol should be considered godlike. I mean, just because something else is more godlike doesn't mean he's not godlike to humans, right?

The Targon Empire as a whole
After what little lore has been released on Zoe, I've realized that I'd been underestimating the Targonians by quite a bit. They're the civilization that managed to enslave Aurelion Sol, and I always kind of wondered how Sol could let that happen. But now I realize that they definitely have the power to do it. The only concrete things we know about Targon are that they were a space-faring empire before they met Sol, certain people in the empire are super-powerful mortals that can project their consciousness into hosts, they use these hosts to keep a hold on distant civilizations, and that they are against the spread of the Void. We know that Pantheon, Leona, Diana, and Taric are all powerful people, but the release of Zoe gives us an Aspect far more powerful than any Aspect we've seen so far. Zoe is a being who regularly hops between worlds, and she's apparently ancient, something that can't be said for the other aspects we know. She also seems to be a collector, which wouldn't be a big deal except she has one of Bard's chimes in her collection. It's been confirmed that the only way she would have that is if Bard gave it to her or he's cool with it. Either way, that's a pretty big deal. Any kind of interaction with Bard is a big deal. The Targon Empire may be on the decline, but even now I would consider them a godlike entity.

The Kindred
The Kindred are literally the Grim Reapers in the League universe. This one is pretty cut and dry. We also know that they have sight into alternate dimensions, as they're aware that Ekko's been cheating death for a while. But the biggest argument for their god-hood is simply that they are beings of death, and creatures like Aurelion Sol and Bard can die.
#
Bard
Bard is a celestial being similar to Aurelion Sol, and like Sol, Bard can die. And yet I can't help but think that Bard is on a level above Sol. Aurelion Sol is a forger of stars, but Bard is a protector of the universe who can travel between dimensions. Considering that the lack of ability to travel between dimensions is one of the things that makes Rioters refer to Sol as merely a demigod, Bard's power level becomes a lot clearer.

The Void
We don't know much about the Void. We know that the Void is trying to consume Runeterra, we know that the Targon Empire has set itself up as an enemy of the Void (suggesting that its actions will affect more than just Targon), and we know that on some level, Aurelion Sol himself fears what's on the other side. We know the Void as a force, one that's only goal is to consume and dominate, and yet it is also intelligent. My theory is that the Void itself is its own dimension, but that doesn't even matter. If Targon fears it, and Aurelion Sol fears it, and it's multi-dimensional, it's definitely something that deserves to be talked about here.

We know next to nothing about Nagakabouros. All we know is that The Bearded Lady is Illaoi's god and that it is apparently "to Aurelion Sol as the theory of relativity is to a dung beetle." This leads me to believe that Nagakabouros is currently the most powerful known being in the League of Legends universe.
That's all I've got. So now, I'll spend my time making a short list of beings who I don't think are worthy of being godlike.
Darkin - Darkin are merely ancient beings who were trapped in weapons by magic.
Demi-gods - It seems that these demi-gods are more tied to the land than anything else. Anivia is the Freljord's winter given form, Ornn its volcano/mountain, and Volibear its storms. I assume that if these places were to be destroyed, their counterpart would also perish. A feat easy for one such as Aurelion Sol.
The Ascended - These people were transformed into powerful beings by way of the Sun Disk, which in the end is only a part of Aurelion Sol's power given a focus. One theory is that the Targonians are also Ascended, but in a far more efficient way.
Brand - Truly a force of destruction that may not have a way to be killed, but it was captured by Nasus and Renekton working together, and I assume that that's where the edge of its powers lie.
Braum - Too human.
Time travelers - Certainly, being able to jump through time is an extremely powerful ability, but would that power let you survive a star being thrown at the planet?
Demons - This one's tricky. How far can demons go? Are they merely a human creation, or do they also have the power to influence more powerful beings? I'm going with the former, as Evelynn was apparently born out of a specifically human (or at least, Runeterran) conflict, and Tahm Kench would've tried something by now. But who knows, maybe he's working behind the scenes in Targon just as Sol works for them.
Not enough data
The Shadow Isles - Still a more or less isolated event. It's possible that the Void was something like the Shadow Isles before going inter-dimensional, so the potential is there. But for now, it's not godlike. And actually, the fact that Bard didn't intervene may show that it's not Void level.
The god-willow - It's possible that the god-willow is an Anivia/Ornn/Volibear of Ionia, but I think that that's as far a it goes.
Jax - Just no.
The Frozen Watchers - Definitely a power house, but they'd have to be around the same level as the Freljordian demi-gods.
Anything that deals with spirits - I think spirits are just kind of a mirror of the magical properties of Runeterra. Nothing cosmic.
And that's that. Tell me what you think.
EDITS:
"Angels" - Not enough data.
