Food for thought...

Wolf and Lamb came into being after the pale man with black hair split himself in two.

He is suppose to be death.

However, since people die all the time, and Kindred can't magically be there every single time...doesn't that mean there needs to be more than one reaper?

How many are there if Kindred isn't the only one?

I think kindred works on a different plane of existence kind of like bard

I think it is more along the lines of: Everyone who dies encounters kindred. However kindred themselves don't necessarily kill that target.

However if someone manages to escape death and kindred decides that they are fated to die, they will materialize and hunt that target down themselves. However even then everyone encounters kindred when they die.
