So quick question about Void

What is a Void Born and is it the same or different from what we're shown in the lore update.

I ask this cause I'm assuming cho, vel, kha, and the rest are void born but they look purple and fleshy when the void monsters we were shown in the illustrations looked black and made up of dust or something, definitely not fleshy.

From my understanding the voidborn monsters in the illustrations are essentially newborn horrors.

It says that they'll form hard shells when they remain in runeterra for long enough and I think thats when they start forming solid bodies as well.
