With Tarics rework only 2 champions in the game will still have pizza feet.

I'd say Mordekaiser is likelier to get a rework first,since VUs are usually done with gameplay reworks nowadays and Morde could need a gameplay-rework more than Pantheon,since even though Mordes last rework did some things better,it still failed in some regards.
