have **Friends **or **Rivals **on their lore page. It might just be a bug, like how their affiliation just says "faction_", but it'd be nice to know. I get the lore features on the webbsite might be low priority, I'd just like to know if it will stay as it is a feature I hope you stick with and expand upon.
P.S. LOVED the Rek'Sai lore-stuff, getting windows into the world of Valoran like that is so awesome.

Some champs may not know other champs yet.
Friends and Rivals section is pretty poor in its execution to begin with. At least in my opinion. Far to vague to be any good.
It's either someone forgot to update the champions' pages (cough the old splash arts are still their backgrounds), or the website itself is bugged.
I want to know who are and 's enemies too, at least...
Friends: People who taste good.
Rivals: People who run away too quickly.
I really, really liked Friends/Rivals, I hope they continue it.
I think it might be a bug,considering their faction is still a place holder.
Although I have to say that Rek'sai and Kalista are quite detached from the rest of the world,so they could even be without any direct friends or rivals(although I think it is safe to say that kalista despises traitors and thus would list those as enemies,while rek'sai probably clashes with some guys from shurima(she did clash with renekton,so she most likely fought nasus too and with her being a burrower and skarner guarding an underground cave,it is pretty likely that they will clash too)

Riot is really bad at updating their site :\
Many champions still have their old splashes as their backgrounds. If you look at kalista's page she doesn't even have a faction listed there's just a placeholder "Faction_" If you really want to see how out-of-date their site is just see this page, it mentions summoner's wrath (a Season 3 mastery).
We'll eventually have that stuff updated, we'll just have to wait for 5.3 or 5.4 .That's their usual pace for this sort of stuff.
