Champion interactions between new and updated champions

So, with Sylas being released. He has a interaction with Ezreal. But because Ez got updated before Sylas was released, he doesnt have an interaction of his own with Sylas.

The same situation arises between Ezreal and Lux/ Sylas and Lux as well.

Despite the difficulty of doing this, it would be awesome if Ezreal had responses to Sylas pre recorded prior to Sylas' announcment that were simply deactivated until his release.

I just like the idea of champions responding to other champions interactions. We get all these interactions with new releases but it would be nice to see older champions with VOs to respond in kind

That is what I love about Overwatch's characters. They talk to each other which is really cool to hear. I would absolutely love to see that in League but I doubt that we will ever get it.

I'd like Viktor Jayce Ekko To have some nice conversations.

I'd like Jinx Warwick Singed To give me some new hints as to wtf is going on.

Countless champions need some interaction updates, but it's unlikely to happen since that would require getting the same, if not similar, voice actors to record new lines. Riot likely is tackling the kit modernization as top priority and introducing new interactions as they go. Those of us invested in Lore will have to suffer.

They won't do that because people could dig into the files and find teases for the next champion.

If champs were in production in parallel though sometimes they get quotes for champs that are still in production

Irelia : I admire your spirit. Your attitude? Not so much. Aatrox : Tricks Akali? They will not hide you from me. Face your doom.

Riot doesn't plan champions out enough in advance to really do anything about it, other than call the actors back in for more quotes. Which would probably be more costly than simply ignoring the issue.

The problem is that they don't plan their characters out enough in advance for this and even the names of the characters could change late into development.

And just adding single lines wouldn't be worth it,as they'd need to rehire all the voice actors of the champs just for a few lines,so if they do an update they'll likely want to make a bigger voice over update.
