Whats with the short lore changes?

Hey Riot, if ya don't mind me askin, whyd ya go and change and shorten the lore on some of the champs. The new champs for the most part I'm ok with them having short lore. But i went to reread some lore of those like Graves, T.F., Gangplank, all these guys have had changed and shortened lore. Why is that, cause it kinda removes the point of an accentual lore in the first place. Now its more like a short description on what they are like. If you do have some explanition, please tell me. For yes even on how little read they are, that doesn't mean that you should shorten them to such an extent that it literary 3 sentences. If anyone agrees, I implore you spread the word.
