During the AMA, writers said he had all his limbs intact, but some artists answered that he was a cyborg; even the splash suggests his arm is robotic.
Have this been settled now; is there a consensus if he's a cyborg or not in canon?
RiotWAAARGHbobo3 votesJhin is not a robot. It was changed early in the process to armor. We had some communication errors on this champ because of absences and experiments with the production process.
(PS Kindlejack was not this team so im not exactly sure why he's commenting)
Sharjo3 votesGuess he thought he had the right answer and sought to tell what I thought was correct information. Happens to the best of folks.
Solideus1 votesThanks for clarifying! Too bad the splash slightly confuses the matter; I hope someone finds an opportunity to make a few edits on the splash in the future!
Photos of Ghosts1 votesWell, you can be not a robot but have a prosthesis because you lost an arm.

Well, you can be not a robot but have a prosthesis because you lost an arm.
And an eye.
And two lower legs.
MisterHealYoGirl2 votesHis arm is armored. He has all his limbs.

MisterHealYoGirl1 votes"His arm isn't robotic. He's got a black body sleeve on. Inna creepy gimp way). The gold armor on his sleeve is to protect him from the weapons magical recoil." -Jaredan
"Check the in game model. There must have been some disconnect at some point. (or [the splash artist] were ref old [concept art].) he is not a robot." -WaaaarghBobo
"I guess it was rewritten just before launch?" -Kindlejack
Yes, I'm sure.
Sharjo1 votesWord of God prevails here.
rAzirSharp1 votesi see. so my dreams of playing as a Sniper with robotic feet and arms is a lie.
