@Jaredan, is there consensus now whether Jhin has a Robotic Arm or an Armored Arm?

During the AMA, writers said he had all his limbs intact, but some artists answered that he was a cyborg; even the splash suggests his arm is robotic.

Have this been settled now; is there a consensus if he's a cyborg or not in canon?

Jhin is not a robot. It was changed early in the process to armor. We had some communication errors on this champ because of absences and experiments with the production process.
(PS Kindlejack was not this team so im not exactly sure why he's commenting)

His arm is armored. He has all his limbs.
