BTW, are the MF splashes ready? I hope it is and after that i hope riot could consider reworking lux last 3 ew splashes (sorceress,imperial and commando) and after that they could focus on updating sivir(because no back to back female adc) and sivir is indeed in need of a splash update(even her classic splash)
Patch 8.1 is what we got on PBE right now and there's no reworked Swain in it.
I'm guessing that we will see him in patch 8.3.
Its very unlikley that there will be Swains VGU in 8.1, because there are first of all some things to do after the holidays, preparing the teaser and so on are things that will be done when the champ is done and I think the plan will be that Swain gets released in 8.2 so that the champ team can prepare everything in the new year during 8.1 is on the PBE. But if it is 8.2 or 8.3 depends on Riots plan to release other content like legendary, ultimate skin and the progess of the next new champion.
Yeah 8.1 is on the PBE right now and there is no Swain, also there is a Chinese radio interview with some juicy details about his rework. So I would expect to see him in 8.2 or 8.3.
