It does look a lot like Sivir's face. Or even Ezrael's face now. Yeah, this artist (if these splashes are all coming from the same artist, which they seem to be) seems to be having some trouble with variety in faces.
I don't have any criticism other than that. I never thought of Kat as cute and thought they had her a bit out of character in A Twist of Fate (both in terms of her appearance and the subtleties of her attitude).
