Who is Evelynn?

I'm trying to figure out exactly what Evelynn's role is for the shadow isles. Since she is officially from there acording to the old lore and everything.

All other shadow isles champions have a clear role to help fulfil some evil plot. Elise lures victims to the isles Thresh steals souls and tortures them so they become super soldiers in undeath. Yorick brings the bodies to the shadow isles Hecarim military commander for the undead armies of the isles.

Meanwhile...Evelynn is just, there. It seems she serves no real purpose to the shadow isles and the main reason they re-wrote her lore was because that place was the only place she would actually fit in. There are just so many holes in her character design and backstory that need to be filled in. I feel Evelynn is in need in a complete character overhaul to actually make any logical sense.

Anyone feel the same way?

Actually, we're not alone here, thinking that Evelynn is in need of a complete character overhaul- Rioters (IronStylus mostly) stated a lot that it's what they plan on doing with her; Whether she'll become a half Darkin, a Succubus or a Vampire, she's gonna get an overhaul. :) Unfortunately, she was recently put on hold again, if I'm not wrong. :/ I expect her to be updated around mid 2016.. :P

Maybe she is an agent for the Shadow Isles, sneaking around Valoran and sowing fear as people come across random, mysterious bloody murders, almost always men. That doesn't actually say who she is, however.

You say the others have a clear role,yet you leave out Mordekaiser ,who really hasn't a clear role as you say(at least none that we know).

And I'm also pretty sure that Kalista just does her own thing and doesn't actually serve the shadow isles.

And yeah she is already confirmed to get a complete character overhaul,like you said.
