It's better, but she just doesn't look good in this splash, and I don't think there are many tweaks that can be done to make it accepted by Ahri players. They added a few details that were missing before, but they utterly ruined her face. They really need to make a new one from scratch and stop trying to force this one, or at least touch up the live art and send that out. Personally, I wouldn't care if it's the same original splash only modified.
