To put it bluntly, she is bland. Very, very bland. To the point of just being a walking pair of tits holding guns.
Please rework her sometime in the future to give her a personality that fits with her lore and makes her less like a sex symbol for LoL. We already have 
for that and her personality although flirtatious matches her lore perfectly down to her abilities as well.
The thing is that her flirtatious personality is only a cover. The lore makes it pretty clear that she is actually rather ruthless and somewhat idealistic,with the whole flirting-part only being an act.
Personally, I think Miss Fortune might be the Champ I'd most like to go back and do some VO for. She's a bit dear to my heart, so I'm not being impartial, but hopefully we'll get to do that down the line.

Ahri has a similar where her flirtatious behavior in game is at odds with both her lore (she's supposed to have left her seductress days behind) and her Stray Fox short story (she doesn't act flirtatious at all, she uses charm magic to steal the free will of the Noxian soldiers).
omg post like this just tick me off to no end, why cant she be a sex symbol and a boss? Their is no problem with that. Just because a character is sexy doesnt mean that they cant be other things as well. If we followed that logic every female character from now on should be some repressed fully covered woman (possibly ugly women) or monsters. Bc it offends you that their are sexy woman that are also bad ass.
What if she acted like she does right now, and then switches to ruthless killer in combat?
