Will the Piltover Summoner Icon ever be available again?

Was looking forward to getting it once i saw the "coming soon" since Piltover is one of my favorite regions however I completely forgot about it until yesterday and by that time it was too late :( . Will there be another way to obtain it in the future?

Some things are just called "limited" for a reason. ;)

I'm just glad I remembered (is in: asked what the icon was, and was told where to get it) to press the button in time.

I didn't get this icon too, but i got zaun icon instead :)
