@Riot - civil rant - honoring enemies

Dear Riot,

I find it particularly odd that with the new Honor system, which is meant to improve player behavior, that we can't honor enemies for being nice, good, and awesome. I just played a Ranked match, that place where honoring is least likely to happen, and I wanted to honor my opponent... and likewise the opponent was asking 'how do I honor Sona [me]?' My opponent completely shattered me, but was a good sport during the match.

It feels like a step backwards not being able to honor an enemy for being nice, and I'm sure it wouldn't be that hard to have added an 'honor an opponent' option in the same honor screen, but smaller for example.
