Fiora's new splash looks more like some grumpy stepmother of hers

Hairstyle changed, highlight color changed, facial structure changed, cape changed, outfit changed...

Exactly what makes us know this is Fiora and not some other fencer in Valoran?

PS I don't really care about the outfit changing, though I think she should have kept the breastplate. But it doesn't look like Fiora in a new outfit, it looks like a different person.
