They each have unique symbols and I was wondering if it means anything outside of a cool aesthetic.

I never noticed.

If I have to guess, I'd think it has something to do with their personality.

Thresh's symbol could mean "Worship".

Jarvan's symbol could mean "Obedience".

Chogath's symbol could mean "Destruction".

Varus' symbol could mean "Torment/Agony".

Etc. etc.
