In patch 6.8 I was playing a mid blitzcrank game and for some reason every once in a while I herd a deep voice that kinda sounded like War Wick but deeper say what sounded like "show me the enemy" and "a trap for fern" I asked in all chat and no one else was hearing anything?

Valor Bot1 votesThere's currently a bug where you hear other Champions' voice files in game. It was probably one of those.
Helmight1 votesIt's a bug with Sion, Azir, and a few other champs. Their ward quotes play globally instead of just for the person playing them. The deep voice you heard was Sion's, since those lines match up with his warding quotes.
