que crash for no reason and i loose lp and get a timer que shouldnt randomly crash 6.18

this isn't a problem that happens all the time but when it does I get very angry, sometimes at random my que in ranked games will randomly crash for no apparent reason, this is not due to my computer as I will but the specs down below, anyway the que will crash randomly and I got lp deducted and got a timer, this is unfair and needs to be patched.

specs: Intel I7 3.20 GHz and 12 GB of ram with a NVidia GeForce GTX 750 graphics card
