I didnt get my DRAAAAAVEN icon or my draven minion icon

So during the draven special I gifted my friend (KhanArtist) a skin (draven draven) which should have gotten me the draven minion icon and I bought a legendary skin (Project:YI) for the DRRRRRRAVEN icon and its April 12 and I still don't have my icons ;-; halp
