Is this a Volibear rework? New Freljord champion that was for some reason not mentioned before? This is completely out of no where and lots of signs are pointing towards it being a leak.
I think this is some new lore and not in any connection to Volibear.. I just can't see him connected to True Ice in any way. Im excited.

Kinda doubt its for a new champion or a rework,cause the next champ is part of a new jungle faction and the next rework is Mordekaiser, followed by Pantheon.
Since Reav3 said that Udyr is high on the rework list, but he wasn't on the vote, maybe this is a teaser for him? I'd expect he'd be the next rework after Pantheon, or else the second one after him.
Judging by the quote though, it might be a new dimension of the Freljord. Maybe we're getting another Freljordian champion?...the marksman that was teased looks more connected to the Blessed Isles, though. Maybe it's just something for a new story.
Last, and totally crazy theory: could this possibly be a Tryndamere rework? He's never been listed very high on the rework list, but most people agree he could certainly use one. Not to mention that his model and voicelines are very outdated, and his new lore indicates that his kit should be more tanky, life-steal-y, and likely similar to both Olaf and Aatrox.

We were promised an AD Champion soon enough after Yuumi. There's also no Fraljordian assassins yet, too. Might be interesting.
