Summoner's Rift Interchangeable Themes

Now this is likely the 8,000th thread made about this topic, but can we please have the Bilgewater event, Dominion, Winter Summoner's Rift, and Halloween Summoner's Rift themes as an option for music played during a game?

It just kind of makes me sad to see these epic tracks go to waste. I'd love to have them around because it would make the game feel so much more epic overall. (I wouldn't exactly be opposed to the pirate announcer becoming an option too :D)

These themes are also just so encouraging! I mean, look at the later parts of the Bilgewater event theme, when they all begin singing dramatically. It's just way too epic.

Now that dominion is on the way out, why not make that an option for Summoner's Rift? It could make a game that much more interesting as well.
