Champs Should Say Their Line When Picked

I like the idea of the champs saying something everyone can hear when they get banned, but I think Riot should take this one step further. I think every champ should say their line for everyone else to hear as an audio cue when selected. It will help everyone know who is getting picked with the added touch of giving the process more character. I pay more attention to the banning phase more than the picking phase because the champs say a line as opposed to the quieter picking process.
