So, I just went to surrender@20 and saw the imgur link to about 40 "global" skins which will be some western splash arts tweaked to fit chinese standards and some chinese splash arts coming to the western servers.
11/10 will spam the sh*t out of Evelynn with these new splashs.
The upgrade is HUGE!

Then you see the Nightraven Fiora splash. Why the fuck is her skin so bloody pale? She's not a vampire.
We already got the awesome Chinese arts the last time they did this.
Now they're dragging in the (mostly) shit tier rejects.
Most if not all of them are amazing, but i'm salty as fuck over Nightraven Fiora.
If you ever change Dynasty Ahri and Crimson Akali splash art, I will quit League. I kid you not.
The new global splash updates look ok however, I'm starting to feel that some of the splash arts look a bit to anime?For e.g 
just turned a bit cartoony as well as its skins and other such.Also a big problem to me is that a lot of the new splash updates make some of the characters look like sex toys.For e.g

look very provocative in SOME splashes.
This is starting to make me think that it wouldn't be appropriate for maybe the younger players(10-12 yr old Friday night gamers :p).
