why jhin get another skin?

I still think it's J4...

Jhin must have four skins for perfection. I hope Riot actually stops after that, because all of his skins are amazing, but also new champions need time in the limelight.

Well technically we don't know for sure if it is really jhin(though I do think it is him). I mean we had misleading teasers before(just think of the eternal journey skins,where everyone thought it'd give us a new shen skin)
