I feel like Leona would be a nice candidate for a splash art update, with all the recent updates they have made the champions look really amazing. but Leona's doesn't have much pop to it atm. Her Splash is fine but it could have something more to it. I know many others need their Splash art updated but I feel Leona can get into the line.

I totally agree, she needs one that shows more than just sunlight behind her (Probably something Solari related). She and Diana could use nicer, more detailed splash arts that complement one another (like Jinx and Vi do) and all the new splash arts done by Riot (like what they did for Rengar).
It's fine as it is right now. Wouldn't mind a new one, though.

Ive never liked how Leonas face doesnt merge well with the splash, everything else looks good about the art though.
I'm fine with how it is, it fits her. While I would like to see some new stuff for leona, I think her splash shouldn't be changed unless they decide to change her base skin somehow. I'm not going to vote because I do want some new changes for her, but I'm also okay with what she has right now.
