We had this dude in development for a bit, but when we decided on Zombie/Slayers for this holiday, we felt that Gravelord Azir didn't quite match with the thematic, which is why he's coming out after that particular batch of skins. It was really hard not to say anything when everyone was upset that he didn't show up around Halloween.
Its like Azir joined the Shadow Isles 
They are deleting Yorick at the same time this skin comes out. Rework complete!
