A huge amount of the splash art merges from china are significant downgrades from what we have now, with twitch standing out to me the most. Is there any way we can have an option to use certain splashes in game or have a community petition to throw out the ones we feel are a downgrade. I and many others don't like how tencent portrays certain skins and champions and much prefer the older Riot splash arts.

While a few of the splashes may be upgrades. many of them are not, Wicked Leblanc and Gangster Twitch being the biggest offenders in my opinion.

Can we please get rid of the ones that just generally aren't good?
