There are 3 new warring kingdoms skins soon to be released, an I am looking forward to the Warring kingdoms Garen skin. But when will it be released? It says sometime in patch 7.1, and Chinese new year falls on the 28th, so i'm assuming it would be the 28th, or sometime a little before that. But I would like someone to clarify if it will be released on the 28th or not, please and thank you.

We simply don't know and likely won't know until the skins are finally out.
Given that the new year starts at the 28th january I'd say it is more likely that these skins are coming out early next week,but thats just my assumption.
Same! I have been looking forward to it since its release on pbe it is definitely taking place as one of his best skins in all of his skins.
