sweetheart rakan cape

i love the new valentines day skins!!! they both look so great!!! there is one thing that has been bugging me about the rakan one though: the hearts at the end of his cape.

classic rakan's cape is really just his wing, there are nothing attached to the end of his feathers and in game the green accents show when his shield is active. cosmic dawn rakan has thingamajigs on the end of his cape and once again its the cape itself that radiates when his shield is up. the heart gems on sweetheart rakan's cape seems to be somewhat of a callback to cosmic dawn's cape. i personally find them gaudy. they distract my eyes from the rest of the skin because of how much they contrast from the subtle colors of his outfit. this visual distraction is amplified by how the heart gems blink like a cop car's lights.

i'd like to assert that the skin would benefit as a whole if the heart gems were removed and replaced by something similar to classic rakan's pleasant glow on his feathers. xayah's capes on all three of her models have had a consistent clean and sharp cape just like the character. rakan is supposed to charm and distract but the only thing thats distracting here are those gems and not the dude himself. the gems distract me from the dude
