I think he's remarking on the fact that Xerath's entire form is arcane, and he's probably worried about the huge instability that comes with that. This line is basically followed by "Really? Well shit. Gonna have to deal with you before you blow up and destroy everything."

I thought it was his aura. His arcane body is pretty destructive. Nearly destroys everything close to him. Only Nasus and Renekton survived, because they carry power of the sun as well, which mean they may have high resistance to his arcane aura.

He melted metal, stones, turned sun priest to ashes.

I'm under the assumption that Xerath's entire being is unstable and that it's his sheer willpower that's keeping him together. Is that not the case? An unstable magical aura would surely be a result of an unstable source right? Or am I mixing things up?

Well, Brand's body also burns if you're close. Does it mean he is also unstable?

I think it is just because he is carrying the power of the sun far more than anyone, he literally became a tiny sun with the hottest temperature (blue). (To be honest, I still don't know what is the difference between arcane energy and blue fire). He may stop it with his sarcophagus though.

I still don't think Xerath is super uber unstable. Yes, he is now. But I dont think he would explode without sarcophagus. He would use his all mind to hold it back and control it. It would leave him motionless, and actually what it did. He couldn't and shouldn't show any reaction, any attack, any move in his Unbound Form. Before upping on this level, he needs absolute control, far stronger will and much more experience. Without them, if he tries to react in his unbound form, he explodes. Other then, I don't think so.

I think he carries so much energy and it requires a really strong will and big effort, which is sometimes tiring. He is intelligent enough to get its control fully in the future. He needs time.

I hope so, that would be amazing. Even more so since it sort of sounds like Wukong and even if it's not the same voice, means we could one day have a chance for the voice of Goku to also be the voice of Wukong the day Riot updates his VO.

As much as I like Schemmel I would hope Riot would continue to use Spike Spencer for Wukong. He's another great VA and it's amazing to hear him in a role like that.

I'd like to keep the original voice actor as well (kind of like how everyone wants the same voice actor for morde when they go to update him), but if they can't get him, It would be a nice alternative :p
