Void Darkin?

Could a spirit or demon be corrupted by the void?

So, I saw a question in the boards that intrigued me. I know we are missing a few of the Darkin, I don't remember the exact number of known Darkin, but we have at least 3 now. Aatrox, who basically consumes his host as soon as they lay hands on his blade and we all know as the best support ever (okay maybe only I know that), Varus, who seems to be a bit weaker in terms of will power considering the two souls that he consumed seem to resist him some, though that could be just due to a difference of how he works compared to Aatrox, and Kayn/Rhaast who share a very Venom-like symbiosis.

Now the question is, what if one of the Darkin managed to find its way to the Void? Would the Darkin be changed by the Void? Something like a Carnage to Kayn/Rhaast's Venom? Or would the Darkin be able to harness the void and act without a host?

Post entrapment, I don't think the Darkin can be corrupted by the Void due to their weapon forms. We have yet to see the Void corrupt inanimate objects.

However, we do know there were Sunborn who had been corrupted by the Void, so is there a Sunborn that was corrupted that became a Darkin? When they were sealed would that Darkin continue to be corrupted, or was their corruption expelled? Would Targon intentionally seal a corrupted Darkin if they knew the corruption could not be expelled, or were they more concerned with sealing the most powerful?

These thoughts crossed my mind recently, because when you compare Varus to the other Darkin, he is noticeably purple compared to their reds and grays, as though a sign of his Void corruption.

Personally I'd prefer in a future update they'd move him to a burgundy, to fall more in line with the other Darkin than connecting him to the Void.

Darkin are most likely already corrupted by the Void. So are Iceborn. So they wouldn't get more powerful, they would just become less human.
