New Pantheon lore: Pantheon and the Ascended

So, I think by now everyone has heard and read about Pantheon's new bio (which is top tier. 10/10 good job narrative team), and his fight with Aatrox. But that's not what I'm gonna talk about here. It's this quote I'm gonna talk about.

Though he often yearns to return to Iula’s farm, Atreus vowed that day to stand against Aspects, Ascended, demons, and any who wield power so great, it can only destroy.

Atreus, aka the new Pantheon aka BOY, wants to get rid of all those guys because their power is too great and that mortals are often caught betwen the clash of them. Now let's look at Shurima. Shurima rn is in a state of war, with Azir and Nasus, Ascended beings, as leaders of 1 side, and Xerath as the leader of the other. As we saw before, some mortals would be caught in betwen

Nasus howled as Xerath’s fire burned him, and they slammed together with ferocious power. A shockwave of magical energy exploded outward, spinning people away like leaves in a hurricane. The nearest buildings collapsed as the seismic force shattered their walls. Vekaura’s people fled, trying to find safety in the midst of these brawling gods of ancient days.

So, this leads to the conclusion. I think that whenever the Shurima plot gets continued, maybe Pantheon will play a part. But now there's the question, what part? Would he try to get rid of both sides, or just Xerath? Or would he at first ally with Azir to get rid of Xerath then backstab him in order to get rid of all the Ascended?

If lore was to be ever continued, yes, Pantheon would be involved in all of this in some way or another, and might have quite a lot to fix regarding the other aspect. Wouldn't be surprised if he decided to become an Aspect-Slayer too. He can't really do much about Darkins, only delaying them, but might be able to achieve something against Xerath or at least Renekton. He might try to kill Nasus too, but Nasus is seen as a walking myth, and he means no harm to humans, while Azir is actually bringing Shurima back to life.

In the end he will probably end like the rest of Ascended though, facing the Void

Well this is not the aspect of war anymore though, its the man himself Atreus wielding a divine power having survived the fall of a god so i doubt he would interfere, and even if he would have there is no guarantee he fell during or before the events of shurima or was even in the area at the time.

What i'm trying to say is those were his goals before he was absorbed by the god of war he might be a different man now.

I havent read the lore yet, but considering that it says "and any who wield power so great, it can only destroy." i think that he would not kill Azir, mainly because Birdman is using his power to rebuild Shurima.
