Some lore related thoughts about Qiyana

Qiyana as we all know, is the newest champion who is going to be released in League of Legends. We have her visuals and now her abilities. The only thing missing is her lore and I think I have figured out some things about it. So far we do not know anything about her lore, other than the fact that she is not a realy Empress and she just gave herself that title (Rioter Reav3 said it here )) and we yet don't know where Ixaocan, the new region, is going to be. About the region tho, we can see where it will be.

Ixaocan The new region which will probably be next to Shurima for 2 reasons, the first one being that, at her teaser we saw a hextech tank? collecting wood so that area where Qiyana lives must be close to Zaun/Piltover but also, Ixaocan can not be in the unclaimed land between Demacia and Noxus because of a group of mages who are living there (and I think we would know if a tribe was living there by their lore). So, in theory we have found where Ixaocan is. But there is one more thing. In the trailer, we saw Qiyana killing 5 piltover champions so from the teaser, where we saw the hextech tank collecting wood in their jungle, means that Ixaocians? despite Piltover because they are ruining their home land. So, we have possibly also found, the first enemy of this Nation.

Qiyanas weapon The weapon she is carrying, seems to be using magic to absorb power from the land next to her. But how? This weapon contradicts with everything we know. For that we will have to look into Bards lore a bit. Bard is the keeper of balance that is drown towards magical artifacts and takes them away from the ones that are dangerous with them. So, why Qiyana has that weapon? Why Bard hasn't taken it away from her? And most importantly, where did she find it? Now, there is another possibility here, that this weapon, has world runes attached to it which bring up even bigger questions. Why hasn't Ryze already claimed them in the past, because Qiyana, in the champion trailers she seems quite young so Ryze had all the time to collect them. Also, she could not have possibly found 3 world runes randomly scattered across Ixaocan cause again, Ryze would have already collected them. This raises many questions and I hope Riot can actually answer them appropriately in her biography.

Qiyanas backstory Something else also sounds weird. I will put it simply, why isn't Qiyana corrupted? She lives in a jungle, so does her tribe and yet she is not corrupted neither by Zyra, who absorbs power from the jungles, neither was she corrupted by the void when her homeland is so close to Icathia. This sounds strange to me. And if Riot decides to tell us in the lore, that Ixaocan is protected by powerful magic..how? How do they have knowledge of such powerful magic to withstand the power of the void and Zyras powers? Also, the most basic thing of all is, what made her leave Ixaocan? What drove her away? What happened to her tribe? Many questions raised.

And these are my theories. Many questions raised, we have no answers, yet but also I have another possible theory to what trick might Riot decide and do. They might release her early on and later on, she would get corrupted. Same happened to Gangplank so Riot might try to do this which would actually....work because right now, she is way too generic of a champion to be released like this.
