Is Fiddlesticks in line for skin splash updates?

I enjoy Fiddle, especially after the rework, and my favourite skin is Union Jack because I got it in a free mystery box and it's pretty rare, but the only thing I don't care for is the ugly 2010 splash art. I feel a new splash for this skin would be pretty damn funny, if done right. A lot of Fiddle skins pre-Surprise Party suffer from this I think, so would it be possible for him to receive new art, considering he's probably not getting any kind of VU for a while?
