I seen a post about this already, but I can't help but determine Skaarls gender to be female since he says things like "Easy, girl, easy!" and "Calm down, girl!"
Yet Kled still says otherwise in other cases.

As someone who has pet birds, i know that its hard to identify the gender of some animals. The same goes for Kled, riot said that Kled has no idea if Skaarl is a female or male... however, it Scruffy (member of Riot) said that Skaarl is female
Canon is apparently Skaarl is a girl but Kled doesn't know the gender
