So is the lunar revel starting Tommorw or no?

The teaser page says starting on the 26 which is tomorrow but as far as I know Due to riot response the wukong skin is not to be added in game until 6.2 and as of yet there have been no anncouements of patch dates which based on traditional means that the patch will be on Wednesday . So what's going on?
