rework of pool party Leona splash

Well the splash was always meant as a teaser to see is fans would like those champions in the background to receive a pool party skin. Taric got enough attention that Riot put him on the list of champs to get the skins, and eventually decided to give him a lifeguard looking skin rather than just swimming trunks.

I honestly would like the splash arts to not be changed as they are in a sense, history. I would truly love it if Riot saved all of the splash arts they've made and put them together in a kind of online museum where we could browse through them and remember old times, or in the cases of newer players, see what champs were like before they started playing league.
