Corki's awesome air raid siren is going to be removed because some dicks complained about it.

The classic raid siren sound that has been in hundreds of videogames of all kinds (WWI and WWII games, fictional war games, post-apocalypse games etc) will apparently be removed, despite how well it ties with him thematically (literally shooting down Zeppelins in his splash art) and gameplay-wise (he gonna carpet bomb your team next teamfight!). I guess theme and art mean nothing when asswads are out to ruin everything with their complains and Rito bows to them. Soon enough they'll remove Hazmat Heimerdinger because some Chernobyl survivors complained about nuclear suits.

This is justified. The noise is used as an actual alarm for danger worldwide and is just faded enough to be mistaken for the real thing. Putting the sound in game could desensitize people to it so that when an actual emergency happens people will not respond as quickly. As awesome as it may be, it has to go.

People are way to sensitive in this game. You cannot do anything without them saying . . . . that offends me . . . . or I do not want my kid being around that. News flash . . . that is YOUR problem and YOUR kid. Deal with it yourself and stop ruining the experience for others. I especially hate it when parents say something is to bloody and not kid friendly for their child. Your child shouldn't be playing this game to begin with.

And they are complaining for good reason. It's not a safety concern here where I'm at, and it's still really annoying. I don't care that he picked up a delivery, I'm going to assume he has his attacks, because it's freaking corki.

Because randomly hearing a Corki siren while you're just farming your lane isn't alarming at all. I don't mind the noise being used, I just want it used somewhere where it makes sense, like on some sort of Police Rengar skin when his ! pops up over someone's head.
