Those where a thing at one point, i think? What ever happened to them. They where released in patch 5.8 and pretty much canceled after patch 5.15. I'll admit that riot had a decent idea, but didn't implement it right.

I'm grateful they've been shelved right now. It's quite silly to not only make them only purchasable with RP but in bundles as well. Riot needs to really rethink how to work with them before they resume production.

And I say production like it's anything other than recoloring.
