After MF's splash update, we need a classic/base splash update first before another champ's skins

I think we need some classic/base splash updates first before updating another specific champ's outdated skins. Maybe at least 5 champs with an ugly base splash because some champs really needs it. And classic/base splashes are much important to look at skins because base/classic splashes are used all the time and an ugly splash can affect the champs popularity. And modern splashes consist of life like 3rd drawings and not some cartoonish spashes

Examples that needs to be updated ( announce/ soon VGU candidates are excluded, eg. Swain, Irelia & Pantheon ):

This can be split into 3 batches and an specific champ whose skin line is bad is inserted in between each batches.

Batch 1:

1. Classic Skarner - no. 1 in the list ! Look at his classic splash. So dated and literally the only champion who's splash art still looks really old and kind of lame. Don't mention his skins because it will be updated in his VGU in the future. Maybe this new classic skin for him is just a place holder to hide his ugly model and maybe make some people like him.
2. Classic Dr.Mundo - like skarner, it is also date, old and lame. Specially those zaun structures in the back are not canon anymore as it is because zaun is an underground city beneath a city(Piltover). Maybe just a placeholder until his VGU comes.
3. Classic Amumu - Like skarner
4. Classic Corki - like skarner
5. Classic Leona - its super dated
6. Classic Zyra - another dated splash. And please make a real jungle background this time.

Next is to update a Specific Champ is Karthus: Statue of karthus, Phantom and Grim Reaper ( He needs it badly and please bring back the skulls. You do have the technology now a days and you can censor that skull in specific places like china. Examples lke this is graves cigar and evelynn's shadow clothes )

Batch 2:

1. Classic Fizz - like leona
2. Classic Hecarim
3. Classic Draven
4. **Classic Nautilus **
5. Classic Volibear
6. Classic Lulu

Next is a specific champ again - Sivir, updated all her dated splash( Warrior Princess, Bandit, Huntress, Spectacular ) including her classic because they're super dated and not in Lol's splash standard.

Batch 3:

1. Classic Nidalee
2. Classic Draven
3. Classic Diana
4. Classic Kassadin
5. Classic Ziggs
6. Classic Riven Classic Jayce
7. Classic Thresh

With this suggestion, some champs will no longer have dated classic skin splashes.
