Theory on the upcoming Urgot Rework and Star Guardians

So it's very clear that the Urgot rework is next (it was mentioned that we'll be getting a new Champion right before Urgot), but I've also been theorizing that new Star Guardians skins are coming out as well. On the now proven leak, the final things we haven't seen release yet are the Star Guardian and Omega Squad skins.

Along with that, an earlier PBE patch contained various files relating to a Star Guardian themed Summoner's Rift, which were then removed. But were also getting Urgot very soon, so what does this all mean exactly...?

I mean think about it, Riot has been murdering memes left and right all year (Grave's cigar, Blood Moon Diana, 10 bans etc.) So it isn't THAT far off. But that's just a funny realization I had, and I hope that Riot goes through with it!

I feel as though their way of killing the SG Urgot meme is to put him in that universe, but not as a Star Guardian, but as one of the central monstrosities they are meant to face in order to save the universe.

Star Guardian Urgot would be hilarious, but it's so far off thematically for the champion I would expect that we probably won't see it until April Fools Day next year.

Definitely hopeful though, since this would be so freaking hilarious!

We likely won't get another Urgot skin with/right after his VGU. I could definitely see it being a thing later down the line, though.

Has riot ever released a rework with a new skin (not counting updated old skins of course)? If they actually did this, I would be happy. Hell, I'll be happy with just getting Urgot.
